Work should also be fun!! In this lecture, Dr. Feldman will explain how he keeps his office environment upbeat and positive for team members, patients, and their families. He will also give tips and techniques on team empowerment and appreciation that has resulted in highly skilled and loyal team members with extremely low turnover throughout the last decade.
