This one-hour program will identify areas of practice that frequently result in malpractice litigation. The speaker is an orthodontist experienced at reviewing and evaluating claims for AAOIC. He will address the most common causes of orthodontic claim litigation and discuss practice management activities that have been identified, after evaluating over 600 malpractice claims, that serve to alleviate or minimize exposure to errors and/or problems that become claims.
