You've established your practice footprint, your new patients are flowing, you're hearing "are you old enough to be an orthodontist?" less and less. Welcome to private practice adolescence. Going from zero to one was one of the biggest challenges of your life, now it's time to harness that newfound momentum to drive our practices to new heights.
