After working as an orthodontic associate following residency for 5 years at one of the nation's largest orthodontic service organzations (OSO's), Dr. Papadopoulos decided to bet on himself and start his own practice from scratch, "PapadopSmiles Orthodontics", in his hometown. Now two years into his start-up journey, he will candidly share his advice to those orthodontists who are considering doing the same.
