Placement area depends on the individual patient’s anatomical characteristics, as well as on the desired movement and biomechanics. Limitations and tips to treat severe malocclusions in adult patients using clear aligners combined with TADs are going to be explained during this course as well as choosing the right TAD (length and diameter ) for every case.

Identify the most suitable areas for TADs placement and the appropriate miniscrew length and diameter in relation to each anatomical area, patient and malocclusion.
Choose the correct biomechanics to treat severe malocclusions in adult patients using TADs combined with clear aligners.
