This lecture is about complex malocclusion involving periodontal problems mutilated dentition and skeletal discrepancy. A series of multidisciplinary case will be presented. We will discuss the treatment planning and the necessary discussion with the other specialist (periodontist, prosthodontist, oral surgeon). Case selection will include ortho-perio treatment; ortho-surgery and prosthodontics; ortho-perio, TADs, selective intrusion, prosthodontics rehabilitation with dental implants DOME and ortho-perio-orthognathic surgery and prosthodontics in a patient with sleep apnea; orthosurgery and total joint replacement.
