Third molars present the highest rate of impaction in the oral cavity. Extraction of impacted third molars or not should be carried out by cost/benefit evaluation. Though third molars are not directly involved in the orthodontic treatment, we could use third molars that in a normal shape to replace missing tooth and reconstruct occlusion in some situation. This presentation revealed three cases about occlusal rehabilitation by forced eruption of impacted molars and uprighting of mesially tilted molars.
