In this presentation, we will discuss how 4D has changed our diagnostic protocol and how we interpret occlusion in a different perspective. After explaining this, Dr. Martín will show how diagnosing from 4D also changes the way we treat our patients since we now have more and better information thanks to 4D. Last but not least, we can also use this information to better treat our patients with aligners and obtain on a constant basis orthopedic stability on each and every patient.
Learning Objectives:
After this session, attendees will be able to:
Contemplate why 4D should be incorporated in your everyday practices.
Recognize the importance of a vertical chewing pattern versus a horizontal chewing pattern.
Appreciate how 4D will give them the information necessary to be more predictable when using aligners.
