Our specialty is trending towards corporate dominance. Even in private practice, it seems to be a numbers race to "scale and sell". For new orthodontists entering our specialty, the idea of being successful in a solo private practice must seem insurmountable. Not only is it possible, but Dr. Foster believes it is in the best interest of our specialty that orthodontists thrive in this scenario.
