This lecture focuses on the adverse effects of intermittent hypoxia (a hallmark of obstructive sleep apnea; OSA) during growth in childhood, as well as during pregnancy on the newborns. Presenting findings will shed lights on the new role of orthodontists in the trans-generational healthcare.
